Call Tracking helps you monitor and manage phone call activity across your business. With built-in analytics, direct number management, blocklist controls, and third-party telephony integration, this feature gives you full visibility into incoming calls and how they’re handled.

The Call Tracking system is organized into four sections:

  • Incoming Calls — review call logs and metrics​​

  • Phone Numbers — purchase, configure, and assign numbers

  • Blocklist — prevent unwanted numbers from calling

  • Telephony Accounts — connect and sync external providers like Twilio or SignalWire
