The Phone Numbers section lets you buy and configure phone numbers directly inside the system. You can search by area code or generate a list of random available numbers. Numbers from connected telephony accounts (Twilio, SignalWire) are also listed here.
After adding a number:
You’ll need to set a forwarding number at a minimum. Additional configuration options include:
Enable/disable the number
Voicemail notifications to users via email
Custom name for the number (synced with the provider)
Link to location (for location-based data)
Call forwarding settings:
Destination number (required)
Call timeout before voicemail
Spam protection (caller must press a key)
Recipient confirmation (press to accept)
Blocklist enforcement toggle
Time zone and business hours
Voicemail settings:
Force redirect all calls to voicemail
Greeting via text-to-speech or MP3
Optional transcription (viewed on call page)
Whisper message (played before call connects)
Call recording:
Optional, with customizable disclosure message
