Your API key will be embedded publicly, so restricting your Google Maps API key is of the utmost importance. We are directly quoting the instructions from <a href="https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/maps-platform/google-maps-platform-best-practices-restricting-api-keys" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this Google Cloud blog post</a>.

<br>Your API key can be restricted quickly. It needs to be done from the credentials tab of the APIs &amp; Services page of the Google Cloud console. You must apply restrictions to every key you generate, when you generate it.
